    I placed my custom order. Now what?

    Once we receive your order please keep an eye out for an email from us with your proof. This email will come to the address you provided at checkout. Proofs are typically ready within 3 business days. Any delays will be announced on the home page of the website. All proofs must be approved before production starts. If you do not receive an email from us with in 3 business days, please check your spam folder first and then reach out to us at printsmitten@gmail.com.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    For most products shipping domestically, please allow 7 to 9 business days for your product to be made and another 3 to 5 business days for delivery. It’s always a good idea to order for an event as soon as you can. International orders can take 2 weeks longer or more for transit.

    What shipping method do you use?

    All books ship via USPS Priority Mail. Thank You cards ship via FedEx. Depending on your order, some items may ship separately. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking as soon as your package is ready to be shipped. Expedited orders ship via UPS 2-day or 1-day air and is available at checkout.

    Do you offer rush services?

    Expedited orders are on a case by case basis. If you are unsure about whether we can have your order delivered in time, please email us before you order at printsmitten@gmail.com. We will better be able to serve you and give you a good idea as to when your items will ship. Our rush service fee is $20. It's always a good idea to choose expedited shipping when you are short on time. 

    Am I responsible for my country's taxes?

    Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. We do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. We will not put false information on Customs Forms so please do not ask. All PA residence will be charge 6% sales tax. We will not refund an order that was returned due to non claimed or return to sender with no explanation. So it's important to get familiar with your country's taxes and expectations before ordering.  Thank you for your understanding.

    What is your return / exchange policy?

    Due to the custom nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your happiness is our priority. Please feel free to reach out if you have an issue with your order. If we made a mistake or you package was damaged, please email printsmitten@gmail.com as soon as you can. We will work together to make it right.
