My item was damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged please take a photo of the packaging and item as soon as possible and include that in your email. That will help us when filing a claim with the carrier. We will replace the item at no charge to you.

You sent me the wrong item.

We try very hard not to do this but it happens sometimes. If we sent your wrong item please email us as soon as possible and we will replace it with the correct item. We typically do not ask that you return the wrong item, but please recycle it.  

I approved my proof but it's still wrong

If you approved a proof and the item is not correct, due to your personalization information being incorrect we cannot accept a return. Please reorder another item ensuring the personalization information is correct before submitting. However if we make a mistake on your personalization, please reach out to us and we will replace your item at no charge to you. 

My package was sent to the wrong address

If your packaged was sent to the wrong address, unfortunately we cannot replace the item. We ship to the address listed on your account. Please ensure the address is correct before submitting.
