What shipping services do you use?

We use USPS for most of our products. 

Do you offer rush shipping?

We do not offer a "rush fee " service on production of our products but we do offer expedited shipping services that you can choose at checkout.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email once your package ships with a tracking number. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update once the label is created.

Do you guarantee delivery?

We make every effort to ship your item in the processing times we have listed. If there is a delay for any reason, we will reach out to you immediately. However, once the package is turned over to the carrier we have no control on transit times and therefore cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. 

What if my item arrives damaged?
